Enterprise customers may designate a Company Administrator or admin group to manage users, mailboxes, and passwords.
Designate a Company Administrator
If your account has multiple mailboxes, you may contact your Coho Account Manager or CohoCare to designate a Company Administrator. A CohoCare Advisor will schedule a training session and provide a username and password for the Cloud Mail Administration app.

Sign in from the CohoNetworks.com homepage. If you are a Company Administrator and you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password button. For additional password assistance, please contact CohoCare.
